Is there something wrong with me? PLEASE HELP

Okay I'm literally going crazy. I've been ttc for about 7 months and I'm having no luck. I'm only 22 so I don't understand why I'm having such a hard time. a few months ago I had a bacterial infection and treated that. But lately I've been getting to constipated I don't even wanna move because it hurts. sex only hurt after not during unless it goes too deep. My periods are so heavy and painful but have always been.could I have endometriosis? if so would I ever be able to have kids again? ladies can you tell me what you think? I made an appointment with my OB but I'm freaking out here. PLEASE HELP
