Im 25 weeks
And it feels like my period is about to come on along with the cramps and stomach ache.  Should I be feeling this way.  Have ANYBODY ever felt this way while pregnant ?! I'm so nervous

If you're having severe cramping, it couldn't hurt to give your OB a call just to calm your nerves

This has happened to me a handful of times. Drinking water and resting makes it go away for me. If you aren't bleeding, I wouldn't worry too much. If it continues, I'd call your doctor tomorrow or if you're really worried, go to the hospital if it persists.
