Back pain
I'm 31 weeks & when I turned to my side my lower back popped it usually does pop but this time it really messed me up I can't get out of bed when I try to walk im in so much pain , I'm laying down when I barely move the pain gets worse . I'm so miserable right now my pain is at a 10 , has this happened to any other moms what did you do to help . 😪
