Ftm and I’ve been having Braxton hicks the last few weeks, haven’t hurt I just notice my belly tightening, however the last day or 2 they have been more frequent and uncomfortable - like accompanied with light period like cramps?

TMI?- I’ve been very constipated and I just went to the toilet finally, however my lower back has been quite sore today and was sore as I was in the toilet.. anyhoo, while wiping I noticed what I think was part of my mucus plug (looked it up on google) no blood in it, just a yellowish looking snotty thing😨😂

I guess the point of this post is along with the mucus plug?, sore back and crampy bh, should I be worried about anything or is this totally normal at this stage?
