Miscarriage Risk

Are there any women out there who have had a hemorrhage during pregnancy? Here's what's going on in my world currently:

I'm on my third pregnancy, I woke up this morning to a sharp pain on the left side of my lower stomach. I've had horrible gas this pregnancy and literally going back and forth between having constipation and the runs (Sorry if you don't wanna hear about pregnancy's ugly side). So I didn't think much of it, I thought that I maybe needed to just use the restroom. I got up, puked, tried to use the restroom, and passed two blood clots. Like uncomfortably huge ones. I freaked out, I went to the ER of course and they said the baby was fine and alive, but I had a hole where my uterus and placenta meet up on the left side. I got sent home after a while to some pretty difficult instructions.

No lifting over 10 pounds. Mind you I have a 2 year old and a 10month old. YES! I realize all my kids are close together in age! NO I'm not a hoe! YES they all have the same dad, my husband! I recently became known that my body counteracts birth control; a story for another time. Moving on...

No excessive bending over, no cleaning, no intercourse..pretty much not supposed to do any of the things I do every single day being a mother and a wife. I'm completely on bed rest for 3 weeks. I can't take anything for the pain, but Tylenol and it hasn't been working very well. The pain fluctuates between being very painful then subtle, but never quite leaves. I was told if I do not follow these instructions I could have a miscarriage.

Has anyone else been through this? I'm nervous about it. I will be careful though, it will just be hard. My house will be trashed if I lay around for 3 weeks!
