I've been reading online that a girl should have a gynecologist visit for the first time when she is 15 but I'm 16 an never had one the problem is I live with my single father who knows nothing about this kind of stuff please tell me how to make an appointment am things for my self cause I feel embarrassed to even talk to my dad about it.
