This is my first pregnancy.

I'm 33 weeks.

I have a history of back pain, like constant level 10 pain. I have arthritis and incomplete fusion. So my mid to lower back is always hurting.

I have never had cramps during a period. I don't know what period cramps feel like.

I have had serious urge to pee and only very little comes out, the entire pregnancy.

I have been feeling pressure in my pelvis for the passed 2 weeks, dr says it's just from my cartilage softening?

How will I know if I'm having contractions, or if my baby is just moving.
