Growth spurt?

Is there a growth spurt around 9-10 months? My little guy is having probably the worst sleep the past 2 weeks and I keep thinking it will get better but he consistently wakes up every 2-3 hours and I'm exhausted! He also has a hard time with naps lately too. I breastfeed him when he wakes up during the night and he eats a ton! So he's obviously hungry. He used to sleep 10 hours straight. 😐 I feel like I have a brand new baby again. Just needed to complain to someone...
