Timed intercourse after trigger shot

Triggered Sat night @8pm. BD Fri night, Sat night, Sunday evening and Monday AM @6am b4 work as I started to feel O pain and OPK line was darker then control but it was last night too. O pain got stronger around 8:30am should BD tonight too? Or over doing it?
