Clomid

So last AF started on July 29th, I took clomid from days 5-9. This is my 3rd month on 50mg. Well for the past week I've had hot flashes & night sweats like crazy. My nipples not my breast have been seriously sensitive , and it's usually my all of my breast that hurt when it's pms. My feet are tingly like they are asleep , constantly. I've wanted ketchup with like every , and I've had that metallic taste in my mouth. Are these side effects from the medication ? Or are these pregnancy symptoms ? Or what is going on with me.
