Advice please

So my fiancé & I have been trying, we had sex all of my fertile days & ovulation day. 2 day later I was having light cramping in my lower stomach.. I am 4 days late from getting my period. I was supposed to start on Thursday & my period was supposed to end today. I was having cramping aIl throughout the 4 days that I was supposed to get my period... just took a test and its negative...

should I wait maybe a week & test again or maybe try with morning pee?
