So I am 16 going into my senior year and I know a girl I used to be best friends with and our mothers were very close sometimes I basically lived in their home when my mom worked so I know her mom very well. As high school went on we grew apart which was hard at first but fine now. Anyway this summer her mom allowed her to go to Costa Rica with a girl and her boyfriend and another girl all under 18 by themselves for an indefinite amount of days and then on Snapchat they were seen messing around with cocaine. I'm not sure if parents actually allow their kids to do this. I know her mom is aware of what's going on and she does nothing about it. My point is even if we aren't friends right now we still were at some point and I'm really worried about her. Cocaine is not a drug you just play around with it's a serious thing and I don't know if I should reach out to her or what.
