Thighs are killing me!!
Excuse the picture but I thought a visual would help you ladies understand better rather than me explaining because I am not familiar with leg anatomy lol. This morning I woke up & the area I've circled on both of my legs is sooooo sore. It hurts to walk & even laying down with my legs stretched out (instead of the normal fetal position I lay in) hurts. My boyfriend trying massaging the area for me but it hurt so bad I cried so he stopped. I don't understand why because I haven't done any rigorous activity to make me believe it's a pulled muscle. It's just achy & uncomfortable & I wonder what it could be or what I could use to soothe the pain that's pregnancy safe (I'm 21 weeks). Any ideas??
