Panic attack when boyfriend tried to cuddle?

I was molested from years 11-14 by my biological brother, and raped from 12-14. I haven't had a serious relationship in my whole life, but when I stayed he night at my boyfriends house I kept having panic attacks when he tried to cuddle me.. he knew what happened, so he understood, but I'm just wondering if I'll ever get over them.. I want to cuddle without panicking 😞 
I haven't had a problem with sex. I don't know, maybe it's because I feel restrained like I once was?

It just takes alot of time to build trust and to be very comfortable around your partner. If cuddling doesn't work right now, maybe cuddling his arm with your back to him and he's lying on his back, so that you don't feel too constricted?(Hope that makes sense). Try and work out ways while discussing it with him (If you can), so that you can eventually move onto cuddling, because once you get used to it, it is one of the most comforting things! (I feel).

I'm sorry that happened to you, nobody should ever go through that. It takes time, it depends on the person really. But instead of him wanting to cuddle, have you tried cuddling him first?
