Sex on a first "date"

When I meet a guy I always seem to have sex right away and then feel bad about it..

I never control myself like when we start making out it always leads to sex it is never just making out and then I guess I never have any love type of relation ship with the guy only sex and I feel terrible afterwards.

Also each time it happens we we'rnt on a date but at the guys house

Advice?
