When did you tell your SO you were pregnant?

I am wanting to tell my SO I'm pregnant on his birthday- but depending on when we get pregnant, IF it all to work out, I would test a week before his birthday. Just wondering when everyone shared the news, and why you chose that moment 💕

I took a test in the morning, didn't believe it, and waited until that afternoon to go get and take another test. I told him then. I had a plan but would have had to wait until the next day to follow it since it was a Saturday and we were both home. We had both been so badly wanting a baby there is no way I could have made him wait while I knew. He would have been upset. If things were reversed I would have wanted him to tell me.

Was originally going to wait... but got my positive on Father's Day. Was too perfect. Told him that afternoon

I planned to not tell him until the morning of our wedding (got the positive test a week before)  but the second that line showed up on the test it all went out the window and I told him immediately

With my first I wanted to wait til he got off work that night to have time to do something cute.  An hour before he got off his sister text him that she was pregnant. He was pissed, we had been trying for months and he thought I'd be upset.  after an hour of venting when he got home, I told him we were pregnant too!  With our second I told him as soon as I left the bathroom.
