Vaginal dryness/no CM ☹️

Okay, I'm not one to complain of having little to no discharge, but it's starting to worry me. I have been on BC pills for a whole year, I know they tend to cause dryness, but this past month, I've been abnormally dry for me. I used to have excessive discharge, but for some reason, I'm dry as the Mohave desert. It's hard for me to get wet when my boyfriend and I have sex. I barely even have discharge before my period. I got off my period about 5 days ago. I went to get my annual last Friday and the nurse practitioner said everything looked normal. Does anyone have tips or advice??? Please??

On a side note- I've been super stressed lately, would that have anything to do with it???
