I've been having pregnancy symptoms for the past 3 weeks.. sore, breast, mild cramping on and off, fatigue and even nauseous. we are trying for a girl! I have started spotting light pink two days ago .. I was thinking it was my period but it stopped.. I'm going to take a test in a week. Has anyone been in a similar situation and ended up pregnant?
