40 day cycle 😭

i was just wondering if any of you have been int this same boat as me ?. my cycles are never this long . i am a week and a day late for AF usually my cycles are from 28-35 days but never 40. i took about 3 pregnancy test and they come out negative. has this ever happened to anyone ? and they became pregnant ? .. please someone answer me i'm going mad

also my nipples are extremely sore today , i've been peeing a lot & last night i woke up at 2am hungry as hell which never happens to me & ive been having hot flashes lately like sweating a lot and i usually don't sweat like that , headaches and insomnia too ! 😩😭

any advice is welcome 😭
