Had unprotected sex second to last day of my fertile week ( based on the fact that I had ewcm that morning but creamy the next day) I already had signs of ovulation; being mildly sore breasts that have progressively gotten more sore which happens every month two weeks before AF......

is it possible I could get pregnant if I was already showing signs of having ovulated ?

Yes, the egg usually lives 12-24 hours after ovulation without being fertilized, but some can live a little longer. The last day of your fertile period is still fertile... less likely, but could still happen
