Belly button swollen in early pregnancy

The first sign that gave it away was my belly button felt swollen and it felt like something was behind it. A couple weeks later I turned out to be 5 weeks pregnant. I recently had my baby on may 3rd. That belly button feeling came back and it feels the same way it did when I found out I was pregnant with serenity. 🤔 but I've been on birth control but for some reason I can't help but feel like I'm pregnant? Everything else about my body feels weird but having another baby seriously can't happen! #1 We aren't married, #2 we only make enough to support me, my partner, and serenity. Ugh I'm really debating about getting a pregnancy test but part of me is wanting to just wanting to wait for a while longer.
