Missed Period

I was sick and in hospital at beginning of month when I was ovulating. So not pregnant this month. However my period was suppose to start Sunday and it's still not come. Read that if you are sick during ovulation you might not ovulate or ovulation might happen later in month which pushes your period back. How long should I wait then get worried about not having my period.
