Ok. so I have the option for kyleena or mirena. I have never had children and have used the pill for the last two years. I've read the process and all that, but I need honesty on side effects (i.e. how long it took for spotting to go away, severity of cramps, or anything else) I'm terrified I'll hate it but I need my sex drive back
