Too late to start back?

Hello! I was doing EC mainly to catch the poops as I could never figure out the signals when she needs to pee but when the 4 month sleep regression hit I got overwhelmed and stopped putting her on the potty.

She's 9 months old now and I'd like to restart but I'm not sure how, or if I have to wait to till she can be potty trained. I don't know her signals anymore or she doesn't signal and I will put her on the potty for nothing, then she'll go 5 minutes later 🤦🏾‍♀️

Is it too late or is there something I can do?

Should I put her on the potty at set times or when I think she needs to go?
