neck rash
baby keeps getting this rash under her neck. we wash it with natural soap and it turns very red and then powder it afterwards and it'll kinda go away but it still seems to come back after two days. has anyone had any experience with this? im assuming cause it keeps getting moist so should we just keep powdering it or is there any other alternatives? thanks
