🙏🏼Please help - this girl has to GAIN

It's my first summer in awhile not taking classes or working (college student) and I didn't think to make ANY plans for summer. I'm stuck at my parent's house, and any time I'm here for too long, I get extra depressed and start to lose weight. This is where I am right now:

To make matters worse, my roommate moved in with her boyfriend and I couldn't find anyone else, so this year is going to be my first time living completely alone. Usually, the summertime blues would lift when I start back at school, but living alone is scary to me. By an issue with registration, (blessing in disguise?) I'm going to be taking a swimming class and a yoga class, so keeping up with fitness once classes start won't be an issue. In the month before then, though, I want to start gaining muscle. I already take antidepressants and see a therapist twice a week, I have a daily food log and a clinical dietitian, so I've covered the basics. But I want to go from here:

To a normal bmi, my minimum goal weight has been set to 130.

Here are my main issues:

•I don't want to get a potbelly when I gain weight

•I have very, very little energy to workout

-can't have caffeine because it's hard on my heart (at this weight)

•I'm not even starting at zero with exercise, I am so weak that the minimum weight on the gym equipment is too much, I'm embarrassed to even be there

•I pretty much hate food at this point. It's so anxiety inducing trying to figure out the "right" things to eat that I just cry and skip meals.

-on top of that, I'm a picky eater with less than $100 in my bank account

So... help? What steps can I take in the next month to gain weight in muscle?

Any constructive criticism welcome, even tough love–I'm in a bad spot and I just need help 😭
