What did I do what this guy I like?

Well he works at place near my house he works at the cashier.And I am 18 and he is 21 I am still in high school.And will be 19 in 3 weeks and sometimes I do not know what I will do when I see him.I always make him laugh when I see him and he checks me.And when I see him half the time of my brothers friends who works see talk to him.Can you all help me I have had a crush on him since before the summer and now my summer is almost coming to an end.And plus I know he is single and I know is name.What do I do people about this.
