I'm not a people person. I never have been and never will be, I love talking to and seeing people I'm close with but when it comes to people I don't know all that well I want nothing to do with them. My family is not a close family and neither is my SO's side of the family. Other than his mom,brother and my parents I really have no desire to bring my baby around anyone else. I mean I'm not gonna go out of my way to avoid them or anything but I've had multiple people from both sides message me and tell me to call them when we're at the hospital so they can come up and visit and others have said hey I bought you something and stuff like that. Which theirs nothing wrong with besides the fact that most of these people I have either NEVER met or haven't seen them in years.

I just don't feel like they should be involved when they had nothing to do with us before. My baby isn't a doll that needs to be passed around and that's all they want is to hold a new baby and post pictures to Facebook

Not really a question but just needed to rant, did anyone else have a similar problem? And what did you do?
