Yeast Infection?

So around a month and a half ago I had a horribly intense yeast infection. I know the symptoms of one usually intensify the week before a period, so last week I got the symptoms but didn't actually think it was a yeast infection because no funky odor or discharge were occurring--- only intense itching. I didn't do anything for the itching a week ago, and it's continuing every day--very intense itching down there. Could it be something else?? What can I do for it? Still no discharge or weird smell, and sex feels fine.
