over the counter advice?

Alrighty. My SO and I have been trying to get pregnant for like... 7 months now I think. it just hasn't happened. in between periods I take prenatals every day like the Gyno recommended. We BD quite often usually every other day all month, every month. and still nothing. what I'm wanting to know is if there is any Over The Counter fertility aides you ladies would recommend? We also plan to get him one of those sperm analysis tests to make sure that his count is at least good. Please help! I want to give him a baby so bad!! 💜
