Light bleeding at 8 weeks and 3 days

Hi I'm so worried!! This is my first pregnancy I'm 8 weeks and 3 days today. I started having some light bleeding.. I noticed it when I went to the bathroom and wiped(sorry I know TMI) It was like a discharge.. I don't have any cramps.. Just really scared. I'm still waiting for the doctors office to call me back! I hate waiting around wondering... I just wondered if any of you had this happen to you? I've been reading some of the posts and everyone seems so nice I thought you would be able to put my mind at ease while I wait..
