Can Use Some Advice
Can Use Some Advice...I'm 31 years old, my fiancé is 32. We own our home, we both have careers, we're getting married next year (9.30.18) and we are trying to conceive. I have PCOS and as a result, we have been seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist. So far, from what tests have concluded, I am ovulating, my egg reserve is adequate and the results of my HSG today showed that I have patent fallopian tubes and and my uterus is normal. My fiancé's sperm count is normal, as is the quality of his semen. Seems like everything is on course, right? Wrong. My fiance can't ejaculate via anything I do. Whether it's use of my hands, mouth or vaginally, he can't fire, however, he has no issue ejaculating when he masturbates. This is really affecting my self-esteem. He tells me the issue isn't me, that he loves me and that I turn him on, but how am I supposed to accept that when he can't ejaculate, therefore inhibiting our changes of getting pregnant.
We are seeing a therapist and she is essentially useless. So far in the two, two hour sessions we've attended, she has provided no inclination as to what the problem may be for my fiancé being unable to perform. Everytime we go to her, she states she "has the answers", but she never delivers. I am getting extremely frustrated with this woman and with my fiancé. I don't know what to do, all we ever do anymore is argue because he wants me to "calm down" and "be patient", while we can't even have relatively decent sex, because he can't maintain his erection with me for more than 10 minutes and he clearly can't ejaculate. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm at a loss and feel like I'm never going to attain motherhood at this point.
