i need help

so I'm a guy and I got this app so I can know when my beautiful fiances period is coming so I can make her more comfortable and or remind her to carry a pad. also if we are running out I want to make sure I stop by the store to get her some in time for her cycle. I just know how to go about using the app anyone can help me. 🆘
