Let's Talk About Sex Bab-y

OKAY SO

I'm a virgin and well I've had two boyfriends I've actually ~done stuff~ with.

The first one was kind of a prick and pressured/forced me into a lot of what we did (I only gave him handjobs but he went down on me without my consent at one stage). He kept pressuring for sex and when he realised I wasn't up for it, he broke up with me.

Moving on to the next boyfriend who was an utter asshole.

So I probably spent 9 months of our relationship just giving and giving but never received. He also had opportunities for sex among other things (I wasn't worried about the sex thing because I'm 16 now and at the time I was comfortable with the idea of losing it to him) but basically he ended up being a real dick like he just fucked around with my feelings and stuff.

So there's two questions I have to ask (one with a little story)

1) How soon is too soon to be involved in another relationship after a bad breakup?

Story: I was with this guy for 10 months and he really screwed me over when we broke up and I am kinda interested in this other guy and he reciprocates the interest (we basically act like a couple and stuff and he's never really had a gf but he's really sweet and affectionate)

Which brings me to question 2;

2) How soon is too soon to start doing ~stuff~ in a relationship and how soon is too soon to have sex in a relationship? (he's also a virgin like me but I don't want to rush into anything)
