Pregnant ?

I noticed when I had bronchitis and I took some medicine from the store and it instantly made me sick to my stomach and I didn't understand why so I didn't take it anymore that day the next day I tired it again and it down the same thing so I stopped taking it. Well yesterday I was eating my favorite snack Oreos and it instantly made me sick as well and I noticed I haven't started my period at all so I looked at my calendar and I was 5 days late I missed my whole period. Today I'm 6 days late no period. Is it possible I am pregnant I took a test but is said negative and this has never happen to me before.
