I have a question about parents who have special ed kids. What's a word or something you learn each day about having a special ed kid? Like what challenges you and teaches you about special ed kids??

Im a special ed teacher aide and im kinda stressed out right now about a little boy trying to escape school and he doesn't want to do what the teacher tells me to do.😔he won't listen to us.. i always have to give him the ipad to make him relax and be okay
