Has anyone experienced low HCG and still kept the baby?

so my last period was July 16th. I've had multiple positives and even blood positives. But my levels are low, anyone else experience this? they're at a 30 right now in two days they went up 5 points but now I'm playing the waiting game and my doctor wants me to wait a week for another blood test. I'm high risk pregnancy. if we lose this one it'll be five this year. so y'all can probably tell my nerves are shot and I'm a worried but hopeful mess. I just pray I can keep the positives and my levels start to rise soon
