I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert on all thing nutrition and exercise. If you want to lose weight, firstly, do some research. Don't go into diets and exercising blindly and without knowledge because it will not end well. I like to encourage people to pursue a healthy lifestyle that they enjoy and aren't killing themselves to attain that ideal body that we all have in mind. Again, do your research on exercising and eating. Remember that moderation is key. It doesn't matter what the scale says because chances are that if you're working out and weight training, you're going to burn fat first but then gain muscle so do not be alarmed if your weight goes down and then goes back up. Muscle weighs more than fat!!
