Mastitis so bad😩😭😡

Once again I have mastitis and it is the worse it has ever been. I cannot get rid of the infection, fever, body aches and have been throwing up for 2 days. I feel absolutely horrible and feel like I can't take care of my little one. I'm on antibiotics, taking ibuprofen and zofran. Nothing seems to help. I can't keep anything done. And all my doctor said is if it continues this way then we will try a new antibiotic. I'm in so much pain, I cry every time she latches on or when I pump. She is hating that side and won't latch for more than a few seconds. I'm putting warm compressions on it, massaging it, hand expressing, drinking fluids, putting my nipple cream on and cabbage leaves. I need help!!!!! Suggestions?
