Major anxiety/depression

Hi guys just wanted to share with everyone that I went to subway and order a sandwich by myself!! Sounds stupid but it was a huge step for me. I usually have my dog with me everywhere I go since I got bullied in school. I'm 18 years old and I struggle to do things on my own now and I really wish I could be more independent. I was sweating, finger twiddling and screaming inside but I managed to make an order and eat inside however I chose an isolated area to eat without nobody looking at me. I then needed a wee but I was too scared to ask for the key and just held it till I got home but I'm really happy with my achievement today ☺️
