Ovulation Symptoms

Hi everyone! According to the app, today is the first day of my ovulation window. I'm crampy, bloated, and feel like I have trapped gas. Ive basically had a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen all day. It's not painful, but definitely uncomfortable while moving around. I usually do not get these symptoms. I haven't had unprotected sex so I'm not pregnant. Has anyone else had these symptoms while ovulating?
