It doesn't look swollen to me be i recently broke a knuckle and the finger looked completely normal so fingers are deceiving with injuries lol try icing it if it still hurts tomorrow or the day after you could get a finger splint which is what i had to do hopefully its just sore though its been 2.5 weeks and my knuckle is still killing me and driving me nuts because i cant grip anything with my left hand lol
