Best way to remove stains?

What's the best product or way to remove stains (poop and food)  from babies clothes. Info. Baby is 5 months... is nursing and just started solids.

Rinse, spray with some sort of stain remover, wash as directed. Hang in the sun to dry if the stain is still there. The sun is honestly the best stain remover there is!

I second the sun tip! every month I do a stain removal haul and I use lemon juice ands hang to dry in the sun  (wash as usual afterwards so the Lemon juice doesn't irritate baby's skin) sometimes with breast milk poop stains there's still a little greasy residue afterwards so I do another round with dawn fish soap and then lemon juice on top of it. works like a charm!
