When to take a test?

So me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months so far. We did the do in my ovulation window and now I have almost 2 weeks until my next period. I've been having weird stomach cramps where my ovaries are. I was wondering when do you guys think I should take a test?

when AF is due. 2 weeks before is far too early and you'll most definitely get a negative result.

I didn't get my vvvvvvvvvfl until a couple days after AF was due. 2 weeks before expected period is waaaaay too early. I would wait til AF is due. Good luck!

I tested 12-14 days after ovulation which was 6 days before af and it was a very dark positive. My ovulation dates could be wrong but my cycles are every 25 days, lasts 4 days and then my fertile period starts roughly 6 days after it ends. It's really hard to keep track of lol

Do you track ovulation? Could the cramps be connected to that at all? It's too early for a positive but if you have been trying I would recommend start tracking that if you haven't already
