Advice please, ladies?

Before I begin I want to disclaim I'm not trying to spread my best friends personal business, she's like a sister to me so I truly just need advice on how to comfort her during this time.

My best friend who is basically a sister to me is pregnant with baby number two. Well, she has a two year old daughter and I thought she'd be happy. I'm in no means able to say what she should do, but she's mad. Now, I understand why because she's moving and it's stressful. I hate seeing her like that :( I told her no matter what choice she made that she'd make the right one and I'd be there for her wether her choice was to have the baby or not. She's adamant she can't keep it, but I can tell she's feeling so torn between choices. She absolutely wants another baby, but she doesn't feel like she'd have any support where she lives or anything. She hasn't answered me today but I tried giving her space.

I guess I'm just really lost. How could I support her more? Or am I doing all I can? Thank you in advance, ladies!
