Acne help!

This happened. It's cystic acne. I've had my hormones checked and everything is fine. No pcos and no thyroid problems. I've tried a lot of things. Nothing seems to help. I only break out here on both side of my mouth. (Bottom part) any advice or tips to help get rid of this?
