Ways to help piercings heal faster?

Hey girls! I got my nipples pierced 3 days ago and I'm wondering if there's any tips you have to help them heal faster. Are there nutrient dense foods that promote healing? Does wearing a bra help or hurt? What sleeping positions are best? And when will they stop bleeding??? Thanks!

The healing process is different for everyone. I found for my nipple piercings a tight sports bra or braless with a soft shirt felt best for the first couple weeks. Avoid stiff fabrics. Otherwise, just keep cleaning it and be patient!

My piercer said a bra will definitely help, but something light and soft like a t shirt bra or cotton bralette. Do saline rinses twice a day and keep them uncovered a little bit after each rinse. I just fill the cap or a shot glass with the saline wash and hold it on each nip. My friend with A cups said no bra felt best for her, but a bra definitely helps my almost D cups. Don't use alcohol or anything on them and use antibacterial soap in the shower that is unscented and has no lotion or anything in it. And wash your hands before touching them, but try to avoid touching them unless you're tightening the balls or anything.
