Sore belly

So my husband I had sex last night and when I had an orgasm my belly got really hard which happens every time I do orgasm. It happened with my first 2 pregnancies and this one, but I woke up today and its like I pulled a muscle in my belly. I wasnt as horny nearly as much with my first 2 pregnancies as I have been with this one so I do orgasm a lot more frequently. It hurts pretty bad when I move certain ways or anything is leaning or pushing against it. Anyone else experience this?
