I am on my 4th cycle with femera. I usually notice the regular ovulation symptoms such as cervical mucous increased sex drive, slight cramping, tingling nipples. I think sore breasts and being emotional happen when LH drops? what is your experience and what happens to you before and after LH surge and drop? Has anyone experienced cramping and full body aches around ovulation time? I am feeling awful. I was thinking I'm getting sick or exhausted from working a night shift or something but I read it could be ovulation.
