Confused and worried ...

I went to the er related to my itchy hands and feet that felt like they were on fire. Dr. Stated I was having an allergic reaction. I did notify him that I was 5 weeks pregnant before he gave me steroids and Benadryl he said they were safe in pregnancy. Immediately after they pushed the meds through my IV, I started having severe cramps but the nurse said it was ok. I then fell asleep. After I was discharged home, 5 hours later I started having severe cramps again in my lower abdomen and back area. I then went to a different er. When I made it I started bleeding and started crying. Blood work showed hcg level 476 but the doctor stated that was low for how far along I was and he believe I'm more 3-4 weeks pregnant. He stated my ultrasound could not pick anything up but it did look like it could possibly be an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube but it was too small to tell. I now have to wait 2 days to see my ob. I'm on bedrest and still bleeding I'm very scared, has anyone experienced this and everything was fine? Sorry for the long story😕
